NSC Pool Refurbishment
This was a major capital scheme involving the refurbishment of the Teaching & Leisure Pools, changing villages and associated pool plant.
The services included designing new rooftop air handling plant, ductwork, plumbing showers, ventilation etc.

Strathallan Tram Depot
This was a new build Tram Depot replacing the existing condemned tram building.
The project was designed with a full M&E fit-out.

Ramsey Grammar School West - New Plantroom
This client for this project was the Department of Education and involved the complete re-design of the West school boiler house including converting the main school fuel source to natural gas.

Queen Elizabeth High School (QE2) - Biomass
This project involved the design of the largest Woodchip Biomass Boiler plantroom on the Island for the Department of Education.
The plantroom was designed to accommodate future developments throughout the school estate.

Ronaldsway Airport - New Baggage Handling
This scheme was designed for the Department of Infrastructure and was a new build facility for all baggage passing through the airport.

This scheme was commissioned by the Department of Infrastructure and involved the design of a new VRF air conditioning & ventilation installation.

Douglas Steam Railway Station - Refurbishment
This scheme was for the Department of Infrastructure and involved the complete refurbishment of the existing steam railway station which has “listed” status. The project included a full fit-out incorporating a restaurant.
